Service Plans

Basic System Maintenance (BSM)

(One Time Payment)

Service Includes:

  • Full System Inspection
  • Removal of accumulated debris from tracks
  • Lubrication of all pulleys and fittings
  • Adjustment of clutch
  • Tightening of any loose bolts, nuts and screws

Parts:

Parts are not included.


Complete System Maintenance (CSM)

(One time payment)

Service Includes:

  • Basic System Maintenance (details listed above)
  • Remove any accumulated debris/water from cover box
  • Clean top of pool cover fabric

Parts:

Parts are not included.


General Pricing

(Subject to change)

Diagnostic Visit

This fee is due prior to dispatching a technician and covers the cost of sending a technician to diagnose any problems with your automatic pool cover, we will send you an estimate based on this diagnosis, and if approved we will deduct this fee from the invoice balance.  It does not include any work done.

Initial Hour

Labor rate for initial hour on call. Does not include any parts.

Additional Hour

Labor rate for additional hour on call after the first. Does not include any parts.

BSM w/ Box Cleaning

Full system inspection, lubrication of pullies and fittings, remove debris and grease tracks, adjust clutch. Clean accumulated debris from inside cover pit. (Cover stones that are cemented or glued down must be removed by others) Large, heavy stones that require an extra man to lift will incur an additional fee

Top Of Cover Cleaning

Powerwashing of automatic pool cover fabric.

Double Rope Job

Replacement of both ropes, does not include pulleys/sliders.

Sentry Pool Covers, Inc. is not responsible for any damage or broken stones. We take the utmost care in performing our service and due to stones brittle nature we are not responsible for any chip/cracking that occurs while removing the stones over the cover box. Any stones that are glued/cemented down will have to be removed by others (mason) at the owners expense prior to any work being done..

Scheduling

  • Non working covers will be addressed within 3-5 business days of receipt (depending on location)
  • All other service calls will be addressed on a first come first service basis.
